BetterOps LLC ("BetterOps", "we", "us") operates https://www.betterops.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and how we handle it. We try to collect as little as possible.

Information you give us directly

When you fill in our contact form, our free assessment quiz, or our newsletter form, we ask for information such as your name, work email, firm name, and the message you write. We use that information to:

• Reply to your inquiry.
• Send you the readiness snapshot you requested.
• Confirm a booking or scheduled call.
• Follow up only if you've asked us to.

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing. We do not enroll you in unrelated mailing lists.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics product that does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate metrics such as page views, referrers, and approximate country, all without identifying you.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site advertising tracker on this Site.

Cookies

The Site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. We may set strictly necessary cookies in the future for things like remembering whether you've dismissed a banner; if we do, those will be first-party, short-lived, and described in our Cookie Policy.

Transactional email

When you submit a form on the Site, we may use Resend (resend.com) to deliver the resulting email to your inbox or to ours. Resend acts as our email-delivery sub-processor and processes the message contents and the delivery metadata necessary to deliver the email. Resend does not use your data to market to you.

Bot protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots from spamming our forms. Turnstile is a privacy-respecting CAPTCHA replacement that does not track you across sites.

Hosting and security

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) may be retained by Cloudflare for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use those logs for marketing.

Your choices

• You can email us at [email protected] at any time to ask what we have on file for you, to correct it, or to delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from any email we send with the unsubscribe link in that email.
• You can use a browser do-not-track signal; we already behave as if every visitor sent one.

Children

The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, we'll post a notice on the Site for at least 30 days.
